Beautiful work by Blair Lent:

Blair Lent illustrated one of my favorite books of all time: "Tikki Tikki Tembo." He was an American author and illustrator working mainly in the 60s and 70s. He died in January, just 3 months ago. His work is wonderful.

Welcome to my blog of inspiration and illustration.

I am an illustrator based in Indiana, hoping to illustrate children's books and anything else that comes from freelance work. I tend to work in traditional mediums, such as colored pencil or ink, and then finish things up on the computer. This blog is designed mainly for sketchbook-type work and inspirational things I find interesting.
